Meg brings home the goodies

You go to high school and see Mrs Coleman in the corridor, besides giving you a small wave and a smile she doesnt bother with you. You go to class, attend soccer practice and the day proceeds as normal.

When you get home Meg is waiting for you excited with a box of stuff.

'Come on bro some and have a look'

She pulls you into the living room and unpacks the box, she pulls out a number of what look like milk shakes, ranging in colour from brown, to red, to white, to yellow.

'We got different flavours for you to try, and the instructions are simple, take 3 shakes a day, and record the results in this journal' she hands you a small yet thick leather bound booklet.

'Any increases in recovery, any physical gains you notice, even if you like the flavour record it, its all useful. Also record any adverse affects you notice and if anything major happens come to the college to get checked out, easy yeh'.

'Thanks bro, right I gtg to college, I'll be back in two weeks with a new supple and to see the initial results of the journal'.

'Now I've left you with a two month supple, so you have plenty of spares if you dont like any of the flavours ok, right gtg' she gives you a peck on the forehead and heads out the door.
