The first phase

"Weiss is still not going out." Ruby said in sadness, after the event, the Heiress had been trying to avoid contact with people ever since, refusing to go out during non-class as she would likely would to go check for the festival and its contestant.

"Don't worry sis, I am sure everyone will forget it later on, the festival is coming up, that will take their attention away." Yang tries to reassure her little sister.

While the picture was not spread widely due to the people not wanting to get the wrath of the SDC finding them and everyone's mind on the festival at the moment. Weiss Schnee reputation was undoubtedly damaged in Beacon, now some of the students are talking about her and the Heiress herself refuse to come out of her bed if given the chance and would simply just go to class and then go back to their dorm without looking at anybody.

"So you sure you don't want to go to hang out Rubes?" Yang asked "I promise Blake that we will going to the store near the main street, heard they sell some delicious food, of course, Blake is all about the fish."

"Nah, it's ok, I have something else to do." Ruby replied, "You could buy one for Weiss, I think she would appreciate that. If she would come out of our dorm." she add the last one in a sad tone

"Sure. See ya." Her older sister then left to go to Vale

Now as Yang has left to grab some grub. Now its time to enact the first phase of her plan, from her spying, she had already known the schedule for Emerald's team. First, she goes to their dorm to get something. From the information she gain, Emerald has a full blown crush on Cinder and would follow her order like an obedient pet. She would use that to her advantage.

Using some stealth techniques and infiltration that she had picked up from Blake and Ren along with her research to prepare all of this. She was able to sneak into the dorm room of team Emerald was staying in. Right on schedule, Cinder is taking a very lengthy shower, she searches for her Scroll so that she could use it to send Emerald a message.

After founding it, she typed in the password(which she gets from the constant spying from her scope). And send a message to Emerald for her to go to a designated place. During that time, she found out that the scroll also has files of her friend's naked pictures and not to mention a full video of Weiss walking down the hallway naked and focusing on her ass.

("Hmmm, maybe I could keep that one.") Ruby shake that thought off as she had received a message that Emerald would agree to meet. She bought Cinder's scroll with her so that she can use it to make Emerald go on a wild goose chase and for evidence later on to the professors.

And so the first phase of her plan had been done and now time for the next phase.
