What's next?
One Last Day.
I woke up the next morning to the sound of banging on the door and the princess asleep on me though she quickly woke up as well.
"It's Araseli." I said looking at her.
"Crap." The princess said and hopped off of the bed looking around she grabbed her dress and then ducked down behind the bed. I slid my pants on and went to the door and opened it.
"Morning Sleepyhead." The Vakyrie said. "Get dressed and grab your armor and sword, and your bow as well."
"Right." I nodded.
"Good morning princess." She said looking into the room and gave me a smirk. I closed the door and the princess hoped up from behind the bed.
"You think she knows."
"Yeah, she knows." I replied. "I don't suppose you can tell her not to kill me." I joked. Guess I wouldn't know till I went down. I found her at the same spot waiting on me.
"Um, about last..." She swung the sword stopping inches from my throat.
"Stop. I don't care what you did or didn't do last night. I know why she came here. The only thing I care about is you don't speak a word of it to anyone ever if you do death will be a mercy, do you understand me?"
"Yes." I said. My throat feeling a little dry as I gulped.
"Good. Set your bow down and grab a shield." She ordered and pointed with her sword. Training went the same as yesterday. I learned to block with the shield though she didn't go as easy on me today. Though she wasn't trying to cut my head off. By the time she called it a day my left arm felt like it would fall off from the weight of the shield.
"Now to archery practice."
“I already know how to use a bow and arrow.”
“Not like this.” She smirked. She lead me to a clearing where a centaur waited.
“This is Tahmasp, he will be you teacher. He was trained by one of the best elven bow masters.”
“Hi.” I offered my hand but he didn't take it.
“You are a hunter?” He looked me over.
“Yes.”
“Good, I don't have to teach you like a fawn." I have training arrows for you." He said pointing to a small fence where dozens of quivers hung. Each full of arrows. "You will shoot the target across the clearing." He pointed. I saw a post, about the size of a man, clear across the field. "At such a range on the battle field you can't fire a straight shot. You must fire in an arch to hit your target.” He stated. I had never made a shot at such range before. "When you have fired all of the arrows you can join the others for breakfast. Afterwards breakfast you will come back and fetch all of the arrows." He said and started trotting off.
"He is a real conversationalist." I smiled.
"I am going to take a bath now." Araseli said. I had a feeling she was taking one alone because of last night. I took out one of the arrows and looked it over. The heads where made of metal but where blunt. I drew my bow and fired as my first shot came up short. It took several shots before I hit it though I missed the next shot. By the time I reached the final quiver I was hitting about half of my shots. I went to the falls to wash up a bit though I didn't jump in. When I got to breakfast the girls where already eating. I saw the princess and her handmaiden say something to one another making the princess blush while her handmaiden gave me a lustful look. After breakfast I went back and collected the arrows which took several trips.
"Hey, I see she has you working hard." The princess said as she came out of the woods into the clearing. "Sorry about that."
"It's not your fault."
"When your done you want to go riding with me?" She asked.
"Sure, that would be nice."
"Good I will help you." She smiled. We went and saddled the horses and rode through the woods traveling uphill as I followed behind her. When we came to the top of a hill she jumped off of her horse.
"This is my favorite spot." She said as she lead her horse to a tree and tied it off. I did the same and she took my hand and lead me through a the trees and I could see why. We where above the forest that seemed to go on clear across the horizon. "Their is the elven capital she pointed."
"Wow." I said. I saw a tree bigger then any of the others. Tall enough that I could see it touch the clouds.
"That is the world tree where my mother was born and where I will be going. It takes about a week to get there from here."
"You have been there?"
"Yes. My aunt is queen there. Me and mother would visit her often in the spring. Some times even my dad would come as well." She frowned.
"What is it?" I touched her shoulder.
"Nothing. I just really miss him." She said. I put my arm around her and we just enjoyed the view. We headed back in time for dinner. Afterwards I retired to my room and read a little more. It was getting late so I was when a knock came at my door. I got up and opened it and there stood Lady Cassandra.
"The princess wonders if you might join her for a night cap."
"Sure." I nodded and followed her to the princess room. She opened the large double doors for me and then stepped aside as she motioned with her arm for me to enter. I thought my room was nice but hers seemed to wrap completely around the tree on which it set. I saw the princess standing at the window with a goblet in hand.
"Thank you Cassandra, that will be all for tonight."
"Very well my lady." Cassandra said closing the door with a mischievous look on her face.
"Would you like some?" She motioned as she went to pour herself another glass.
"Sure." I nodded and she poured a second glass and filled hers back up as well then offered me mine. I noticed she took a deep drink of hers.
"Easy princess." I teased.
"Sorry..." She blushed lightly. "I am trying to build up some courage."
"What for?" I asked making her blush. She walked over and sat on the edge of the bed.
"My cousin is coming to bring me to the capital. Araseli says they are about a days ride from here so I will leave sometime tomorrow. Only I still feel the... calling." She said as she walked over and sat on a small bench. I had noticed that their was no clear word for it. As if it was taboo for elves to speak of.
"Surely there will be people who can help you." I walked over and put an arm around her.
"It's just... I don't want... you are the only one I trust." She said taking a deep gulp of her wine.
"My lady, I care for you and will do whatever you ask of me but I don't want you to make any rash decisions."
"This isn't a rash decision. I have thought it through time and time again. I want it to be with you, I had hoped we had more time but I know that if we did I would only fall in love with you more. My mother married a man she did not love out of duty but came to love him over time. The same will be expected of me. I don't want my first time to be with some one I do not care for. I want it to be with you."
"Okay." I smiled as I reached up and brushed a tear from her cheek. She leaned closer and kissed me as I heard her empty goblet hit the ground. I pulled away from her long enough to drink the rest of my wine and set it on the table. I picked her up and held her in my arms carrying her to the bed. Or lips meeting again as they played at each others. My hand exploring her body. She turned her head as I kissed down her neck to her breast as I suckled and licked at them knowing how much she enjoyed the sensation of having her breast played with. I ran my hand down and up under her dress as I began to play with her pussy wanting to get her wet. I could have used a spell to speed it up but I didn't want this night to end to soon. If anything I wished I had the power to slow down time. I made my way back up her neck to her ear and sucked at it.
"Are you ready?" I whispered in her ear.
"Yeah." She said as she turned her head back towards me. "How do you want to do me... I mean it." She said a little flustered in the face.
