Injection of saline solution

Dr. Valentine stood up and went to one of the cupboards. "I have here a little device to inject a saline solution under the skin. It's innocuous enough and the body will remove the solution in a few hours without leaving a trace." She showed John the small device with the small needle for the injection. "The volume of the injection is defined by the volume of the solution in the bottles, which get inserted here." She points to the opening on the opposite side of the needle. "As for the volume we will start at..." She gave John a bottle. "I think we will start with 600cc."

"600?" John asked shocked.

"Don't worry, that isn't much." Dr. Valentine took the bottle back and put it into the device. "As we start with a totally flat chest, you'll get breasts with just a lower C-cup." She lied about the size John's breasts would have. Actually she thought they would become a full D-cup.

"And they really go away?"

"Yes. There will be nothing left."

John sighed before he agreed. "O.K., if it helps with my problem."

"Good, then please take off your jacket and top so we can start." John took the clothes off. Dr. Valentine held the device over his bare flat chest. Then she gently pushed it against the chest. John barely noticed the needle's prick, but then felt his chest slowly ballooning up.

"Oh my god! I'm really growing breasts!" He exclaimed surprised.

It took around two minutes for the device to fully inject the 600cc saline solution into John's chest. Dr. Valentine took the device off his chest. She and John looked at the big perfectly shaped breast belonging to the boy.

"It looks pretty big." John said surprised how big the breast had become.

"Just wait how it looks with the second done." Dr. Valentine had exchanged the bottle and put the device on the other side of John's chest. Again it injected the solution into his chest, making the second breast grow. Again two minutes later it was done. The therapist took the device away and revealed the boys new D-cup breasts. "As I said, a beautiful lower C-cup." She lied to the boy, who couldn't take his eyes off his two big swellings on his chest. "And they not only look real, they also feel real."

John carefully put his hands on his new breasts. "Oh my god! They really feel like the real thing." John was surprised by it, but instead of fondling his new bust he took his hands away after a few seconds.

"Not going to feel them up?" Dr. Valentine asked.

"It is strange to feel breasts on my chest." John said looking down on his bust. "And I'm still a boy, so it seems wrong."

"If you say so."

John put the top and jacket back on. The top now felt a little tight instead of the loose from before. It gently squeezed his breasts up into a beautiful cleavage.
