Amelia

I walked up to the ticket booth and immediately seeing the symbols the woman spoke, “Damien...nice of you to grant us the honour of seeing you!” I nodded before hearing her speak, “Amelia won’t be back until tonight we have a beautiful symphony tonight! It is however for couples only, Amelia’s rules!” I smirked before saying, “I didn’t even know she had a man!” she shook her head before saying, “She has six men with her...I think that qualifies?” I nodded before taking the tickets said, “I will find someone!” she nodded before handing her the money heard her say, “seven O’clock tonight and please dress smart... we still have a reputation to uphold!”

I returned to the train and seeing Evie sat on the chair almost waiting for my return, “Where have you been, it’s been three days? We were concerned!” this caused Jacob to mock, “No...it was Evie! I hope Damien is ok, please tell me he is safe...we should look for him!” I looked at her before putting the tickets onto the table said, “Doing a lot more than talking to myself... Amelia is going to be in the theatre tonight! Since Jacob is still useless with his leg it looks like I am killing another one of my order and I still don’t even know why I am doing it?!” I shrugged before saying, “Any way tonight, Evie you have a symphony to attend, meanwhile I am going to have the first lot of sleep I have had in 72 hours!” I took my jacket off and leaning back in the chair heard Evie ask as she joined me, “Been a long three days?” I nodded before yawning said, “Yes, I had someone stage an attack on me which I shot, Charles was concerned but as I said me hiding in a building makes me an easier target. I have also kept with correspondence with the remaining people. I have then led an investigation on the murderer of the other members which happens to be me and also preparing the next kill. All whilst thinking of your Order and on especially you!” she stopped cussing me to say, “In this all I couldn’t stop thinking about your safety because of Jacob being useless and making sure you are emotionally okay!” she looked down before tearing up she spat, “Well I am sorry that you are so put out! I didn’t ask you to fight for us and I definitely didn’t ask you to worry about me!” she got up and nodding I said, “No but that is what friends do and especially someone who loves you!” and looking back she groaned before saying, “I’m sorry but it won’t work... I am almost double your age, we are still technically on other sides... assume as a portal opens you will go back home leaving me stuck here and...and...” I looked down before saying, “You still love him, I know...that’s the problem with love, makes you a blind slave to one person and you can’t see how much harm it’s causing for you!” I took my hat off and looking down said, “Look at me I have killed three friends for no valid reason apart for they wanted you dead, someone I barely know!” she went to respond but wiping a tear of emotion away thought better of it leaving me to try and get some sleep.
