If you are wearing women's clothing, you are expected to just wet yourself, and let anybody in men's clothing pee on your skirts, trousers, whatever. If you are wearing men's clothing, you are expected to pee on somebody wearing women's clothing, around the crotch area.

If a woman decides to wear men's clothing to avoid this, she will be perceived as weird. If you try to pee in a toilet instead you will be seen as hogging it, especially given that toilets are for number 2."
