Chad rolled the die across the desk and watched it stop on a four. He grabbed his pawn again and moved it another four spaces forwards to a spot that simply said 'Go Backwards Four Spaces', which meant he had to put his pawn right back on that Chance space he had just been on. He reached for the Chance deck again and drew his card.

"Two Steps Backwards, One Step Forwards: Roll the die. Go back that number of spaces. Then times that number by ten and add that number to your point total."

As Chad picked the die up again he couldn't deny that this was a much better card than the last Chance card he had drawn.
