A collar and a grudge

Jack was pissed. Of course, Shepard took the sexy cheerleader's side. Just a denial and Jack was supposed to forget years of ****? Fat chance.

Currently, in her 'room' Jack was working on a little present she picked up from the facility. As a child being tortured in that place, if anyone ever used their powers to try to escape or retaliate they would be hit with stun rounds then have one of these collars placed on them. The collars messed with the wearer's neurons, disabling their biotic powers. Jack was pretty confident she could overpower the bitch in a pure biotic fight but physically Miranda was stronger. Jack was modifying the collar to also weaken Miranda's physical strength.

It took Jack an hour or two but the collar was almost ready. Jack took a spray can and covered the entire collar in black paints. After it dried she grabbed a stencil and spray painted on the collar in white the world CHEERLEADER.
