Picking Tom up from the airport

A day later, Tom sends Petra a message.

'Hey Petra,

Just wanted to know what would be the best way to get to your place from the airport in Tira? I'll be arriving at about 8:00 PM in three days time.'

Petra checks over her work schedule, finding that she would be able to pick Tom up.

'Good news. I can pick you up that night. Can't wait to meet you'

When the night comes, Petra finishes her shift and drives to the airport. There, she waits for Tom with a sign. Soon enough, her eyes gaze at a young man with a long flow of blonde hair. The man walks up to Petra, who says "You must be Tom?"

"And you're Petra?"

"Yes."

"You're even more beautiful in person."

"Thank you. You're rather handsome yourself."

"So is it just you?"

"Yes. My partner is home."

"Of course. Can't wait to meet him."

The two walk to Petra's car and then get in. "So, you want to get something to eat on the way, or are you good?"

"I'm all good, thanks."

"A little tired?"

"Yeah, it was bit of a flight."

"So, are you traveling all over Europe?"

"Yeah, after Santorini, I plan to hit the mainland."

"Anywhere in particular?"

"Well I've got a friend in Spain, and I'm figuring I'll take it from there."

"That's fair. So are you sightseeing, or are you just after girls?"

After a laugh, Tom says "Girls mainly."

"Nothing wrong with that."

"So you live far from here?"

"No, only a few minutes."

"Perfect."
