Bomb Threat associated with The Riddler

Oracle of searched for the reason the red alert went off, finding that a note had been dropped off informing of a bomb threat, with the Riddler's calling card of a riddle attached revealing the location. "Of all the King's men and Horse too, no one can stop the ultimate damage I plan to do." It was more of a rhyme than a riddle, but still probably held the location to where the bomb was. The first thought was to the nursery rhyme of Humpty Dumpty, since anything having to do with a location with King in the title would be too obvious. Oracle checked every possible place, finding nothing out of the ordinary, deciding to go after the "King" angle, only to have nothing turn up as well. Then finally she remembered something that helped her figure out where the bomb was.

Wayne Enterprises was currently working on creating a park designed specifically for playing Chess, which included a giant chess board in the center, named the "Ultimate Chess Board". All the King's men, the pawn, and his Horses too, his two Knights, that's what he ment, which was why it was said in that order. Although the park itself was publised, the large Chess board wasn't, only about 3 people in Wayne Enterprises knew, as well as Bruce, herself and Tim. Although the area was generally sealed off, thre were several large housing complexes around there, as well as gas mains which if were blown up, could cause destructive cascades of explosion across the city.

Oracle knew Huntress and Black Canary were unable to stop it with them being on their current mission, so she contacted Batman and see if he or anyone else could take care of it. What no one else knows is that there is no bomb and that it is just a trap to lure some of the hero's out and leave the Watchtower unguarded.
