"We should probably get home, I think mom is there and knows we're there. If we both show up, sweaty it may lead to some confusion for her", Richard suggested.

Jess had to agree, she didn't want to leave loose ends hanging around when it came to time travel.

"Okay, sounds like a plan", Jess replied. Putting on her leggings that were now somehow half underneath Bridget's bed.

Once they were back outside, Jess got the uneasy sense that they were being watched. 'It's probably just something with time being frozen.' she reassured himself. She knew that it was a lie. Deep in her soul, she felt something or somethings following them. Shoving the thought into the back of her head as best she could, she held hands with RichardWhat as they walked through town.

The walk was mostly normal, besides the wind being frozen, no cars moving, everything being silent, but other than all of that, it was normal. Well it was until they came to that same road Jess looked down earlier.

"You mind if we take a detour? I want to check something out", it wasn't a question in which she expected him to give her his permission as she set off down the street at a fast pace.

"What's up?" Richard questioned.

"I just feel a pull down here, like I need to check something"

Once they got two blocks down the street, she found what she had been looking for...
