What's a turtle?

The interviewer sighs at you your question.

“You know what a tortoise is?” you nod still not understanding the purpose of this interview “It’s the same thing. You look down at the turtle thrashing on it’s back it can’t right itself the hot sun is beating down on its belly but you aren’t helping it.”

“What do you mean, I’m not helping it?” you interrupt becoming agitated.

“I mean you’re not helping it” the interviewer continues calmly “You could but you’re not, why is that?”

The question hangs in the air until…
