"That means that we have just three options remaining." Dr. Valentine said concerned. "The first is to remove all hair from your chest and hope the rubbing will help. But the probability of it working is less than 10%." She paused a few seconds to let it soak into John. What she didn't tell him was that it'll not work at all. "The second option is very radical, but the probability of it working is nearly 100%."

"And that is?" John asked as his therapist didn't continue.

"For that we'll have you visit a specialist. He'll make two small cuts and shoves each a bag of silicone through it under your skin. For a few weeks to month you'll live with them while we work on the real therapy. After we fixed your mind, the bags will be removed and the skin lifted, making you look like before."

John's jaw dropped as he heard what Dr. Valentine said. "You want me to get breast-implants to fix my desire to have tits?"

"I know it sound's wrong to give you breasts to fix your desire to have some. But it's only for a short time and is sure to work."

John let it soak into his head, before he asked: "And what is the third option?"

"It's letting it untreated." Dr. Valentine answered with a stern look. "But studies showed it'll not cure on it's own once it's as far as it is with you."

"And that would mean?" John asked to know what consequences he had to await if he would go untreated.

"At first nothing unusual would happen. But after some time the desire would grow so strong it'll cause other sexual changes, like you wanting to become a woman or getting attracted to men."

John was really shocked by it. He didn't want to have his sexual desires changed, not to mention become a transgender or homosexual.

Seeing John's shocked face Dr. Valentine added: "And as it looks we only have a few years, if not month left to treat you. So you either prepare to live the rest of your life as something you don't want to be! Or you get the treatment and will live how you want to."

John was still shocked by the news.

"If you choose to do the treatment, we can try the hair-removal while we prepare the surgery." Dr. Valentine said making that option more attractive for John. "That way we have the options."
