The Bowery Beat

Leaping from rooftop to rooftop, Batgirl wouldn't be caught dead patroling the streets of The Bowery. Gotham's tourist think East End is dangerous because of the Wayne tragedy? The Bowery makes East End look like a children's playground. The buildings are covered in graffiti, trash lines the streets and the people are filthy.

Batgirl felt safe navigating the rooftops but every now and then, whenever she looks down for any sign of a crime, she gets nauseous. As the piercing sound of screeching tires catches Batgirl's attention, she saw that it was Harley Quinn, dressed in her perverted jester getup. Both relieved and annoyed, Batgirl was always told that crime never stops.

Waiting two minutes after Quinn walks into what looks to be an abandoned warehouse, Batgirl runs of the rooftop, leaps into the air, fires her grapple-gun, attaching it to a street light then swings effortlessly onto the warehouse roof. Peering through the sunroof, there seems to be a gang meeting taking place, four men, plus Quinn.
