Chapter 5

Is it going to stay that way in the woods?
Why would it?
"God dam....we just went past here!" The voice from a young warrior man below accompanies the sound of rustling and footsteps. This isn't all to different from a typical day, so you can't find yourself surprised. It's about that time of the day again.
"I'm not the one who can't read their map." Looking down, the response comes from an odd sight. An orc woman. Not something that's a standard choice by players. Her armor, if it can be called that, is mainly heavy leather that wraps around her body, allowing glimpses at her round green orbs and toned muscles.
"No. You're the one who has to waste time attacking every little thing." The third speaker is a very busty black haired elf. She doesn't wear the normal starter mage robes, hers are blackened and while they look the same as the regular mage ones, they do nothing to hid the shape of her form. With the staff that looks like a wooden dead branch, odds are she is probably a novice necromancer. Lucky. She's one of the few classes that can use magic that you're weak to.
"The map doesn't help anyway. Apparently it's supposed to be more fun somehow to run around this place without knowing where you're going." The man's response is the truth. Things like maps and even warp gems don't work in these woods. Of course, enemies don't face the same problems players do with things like fog of war.
Meaning that while they need to navigate carefully, you don't share the same problems they do in finding their way around. The reason that's supposed to be more fun, is not a response that you could give the man. The only response you could give would be how to navigate this place.
But then...it might be more interesting to just watch them fumble around for a while.
Take pity on them or just see what happens?

You set out on your own quest: to defeat the heroes at any cost (or at least be an epic boss somewhere down the line).
