Chapter 12
by
Hvast
What will you do and what will happen next?
You wait here and an adventurer arrives
You decide against entering into a dangerous battle and simply wait there trying to ignore Farmer Ben. You feel awkward after providing your alternative method of payment especially in your new attire. He is feeling no less awkward than you and keeps himself busy moving the goods on the shelves.
As you expected the battle is soon over but when you finally decide that it is safe to leave and head to the door you nearly bump into a young mage.
It is an attractive blond half-elf in a blue robe and he has something like twelve goblin daggers on his belt. It is obvious that he came to sell his loot. Also, it makes it obvious that he is low level and not experienced enough. Trevor offers better prices for such kind of junk than Ben.
"Hi" He says blushing heavily. He completely forgets about why he is here and turns your attention to you.
"Hi. Nice to meet you" You answer with a sweet smile. Flirting with naive young adventurers like him is a quite common activity for you. But his next words caught you completely off-guard.
"How much do you take for your... services?" He starts blushing even more. At first you assumed that he thinks that you are Ben's assistant and asks for services like repairing equipment or identifying items but then it hits you. He can see your class and asks for the price for your body.
What do you answer?
Game Monster
From Creep to Boss
You come into being as a low-level monster, the kind heroes chew through like popcorn. You know the drill, whether you're a player yourself or an artificial intelligence, and you're sick of it. You set out on your own quest: to defeat the heroes at any cost (or at least be an epic boss somewhere down the line).
