Joan had to fill out a form for new ID's

"Then let's get to an other subject." Dr. Valentine said and handed Joan a sheet of paper. "This is a form to get new ID's for you, Joan." She said. Joan looked at it and saw a lot of personal questions like name, birthday, sex, ethnic, parents and so on. "Please fill it out so I can get you new ID's." Dr. Valentine handed Joan a pen. "I'm sure you don't want to keep your old boy-ID."

"Yeah, sure." Joan said not really sure about it. Wasn't her body going to change back into it's male form soon? Not that she wanted to turn back into a boy, but didn't Dr. Valentine say so? But Dr. Valentine was always right with everything she said and had done. So it must be right to fill out the form too. Joan began to fill out the form. Some questions had options like the sex (m=male, f=female, s=shemale,...). Some questions Joan couldn't answer like her occupation, so she let them open. After she answered the last question, she handed the form over to Dr. Valentine without looking it over.

The doctor looked over the form and smiled.
