Split up

As you ride up to the edge of the forest, Evellyn cocks her head, looking towards you expectantly.

"So.. are you gonna do that thing you do? Run through the forest really fast, find them in a few seconds, do something perverted?"

She knows you so well.

"Well yeah, I could, that last thing included, but it's not that simple. My perception is sped up too. I'd still have to walk back and forth canvassing the entire forest."

"So you're saying we should split up to cover more ground?"

You ponder.

"Now that I think about it I suppose I am saying that, yes." It would certainly save you a whole lot of energy. Now you can at least remain on horseback, otherwise you'd have to walk dozens of miles.

"Well okay then, I'll take the western half," Evellyn replies as she unsheaths her sword. She pulls the reins to turn her horse leftward, and starts going at a trot. Before she's too far away she turns in her saddle, and calls out to you "remember to use the ring if there's trouble!" Then, with a kick of her heels her horse breaks into a faster pace until she disappears behind the shrubbery.
