Kelly took a small pause after her "but". She pulled slightly at Isabel's panties, causing them to lower an inch lower. Just enough to show some slight change in her lower back, but just not enough to show the top of her butt crack yet.

Isabel gasped, and Kelly giggled even more.

"...but if you don't make your decision soon, I'll expose your naked ass anyway!" Kelly laughed, while Isabel did the exact opposite of laughing.

Isabel realized that two out of her three choices involved her getting her entire naked rear end exposed to a crowd. If she continued climbing, she'd cause it herself. Unless somehow she managed to rid herself of Kelly's hand.

If she didn't climb at all and just avoided to move either up or down, Kelly would continue to pull her panties down slowly. The third option would be to climb further down, and let Kelly win.

"But Kelly, please, I..."

"Isabel!" Kelly said, as she tugged at her panties once again, now showing a hint of a tanline Isabel had received during the summer.

"EEEP!" Isabel said as she felt her panties lowered even more, still not moving in any direction.

"Kelly, seriously, don't..."

Isabel's pleas only made Kelly tug even further, now causing the top half inch of Isabel's butt crack to show, causing Isabel to scream loudly and lower herself down a step as a response to the tug.

"Oh, moving down I see? Have you made your decision?" Kelly asked. She kept a grip on Isabel's panties.

"I'LL LET YOU WIN, JUST LET GO OF MY PANTIES!" Isabel said, as she lowered herself a couple of more steps further down.

"Thaaaat's a good girl! I knew you would chicken out when nudity was mentioned!" Kelly said as she let go of Isabel's panties and started to climb again. She was on her way to the top, while Isabel was closer to the ground, her feet being just a yard over the ground. Isabel watched in dismay as Kelly neared the target they were aiming for...
