Melting the ice

Although the spray can doesn't look like much. As Batgirl sprays towards one frozen statue, the ice melts away revealing a security guard trapped inside. Shivering, the guard collapses, muttering incoherently. After Batgirl helps him to his feet, the guard warns her of the danger.

"H-he's g-going to steal th-them." The guard said through chattering teeth.

"Who? Mr. Freeze, Captain Cold?" Batgirl was disappointed when the guard shook his head. Shame. Batgirl was looking forward to put those two in jail, again.

The guard spoke again. "We-weather W-wizard.."

Batgirl hasn't gone up against Weather Wizard before, but intends to serve justice either way. She tells the guard to free the others, giving him the spray can. "..Then get to the nearest Hospital." The guard nods. "Thank you."

Batgirl takes out her zip-line gun and fires it above the second floor window. After it latches on, cracking the worn concrete with it's hooks, she flies up. Balancing on the ledge, Batgirl opens the window by breaking it's locks and silently slipping in.
