And, and!?

Missed!

Sagus leapt back at the last second. The blades slashed his shirt, but didn't touch him. Now, though, he was unarmed. Sharcha pulled the sword out of his head, and dripped a black inky fluid onto the hilt and handle.

"Now if you touch this sword again, my venom will be absorbed by your skin, and your **** will be unavoidable." He threw the blade at Sagus' feet. Through his blindfold, Sagus knew the serpentine was not lying. He was stuck fighting him bare-handed. He sighed and raised his fists. Sharcha laughed at him.

"Aren't you giving up yet? You couldn't hurt me with a sword, what good will your hands do?" Sagus tried his best to look confident and gave the snake-man a 'c'mere' gesture with a finger. Sharcha shrugged and lunged in. Marianna turned away, certain Sagus was about to be sliced open or worse, devoured. After a moment, she turned back to find Sagus boxing Sharcha, and holding his own. It looked like impact was more effective than a blade against this chimera. Still, the damage done was minimal and temporary at best.

"Sagus! Move!"

Sagus jumped to the side as Sophie threw a vial of liquified nitrogen at Sharcha. He didn't dodge in time, and the vial shattered on his chest, spreading it's contents on him.

"What is this...huh!?" Suddenly he could feel his scales and muscles becoming brittle. He was so cold he couldn't stand it. He tried to yell in pain and fury, but he found his lungs in the same fragile state as the rest of his chest. Once the chemical had taken it's full effect, Sophie strode confidently, though not recklessly, up to her opponent and withdrew another item from her cloak, a piece of steel she kept around to make a sword from. She swung it hard and struck the frozen spot, shattering it from front to back. Sharcha gasped, then groaned as he fell forward.

Well done
