You meet your first patient

Michelle heads into the office first and then lets you in through the back door. She hands you a doctor's jacket and some other props to help convince her patients that you're an actual doctor.

You get dressed and some time later she texts you "Exam Room 1. Husband has low sperm count." You had given Michelle instructions on the type of women you wanted to see. Hot, basically. But you went over what you found attractive. You wait a few minutes to let the Slave4U work its way through the patient's body. You know that inside Exam Room 1 there is a woman getting extremely hot and bothered. You wait as long as you can before finally heading into see your first patient.
