Does Chad get answers?
He finds out how Ellie really feels
“Ellie, be honest with me, what do you really think of me?”
The blonde turned and looked at Chad. Her eyes narrowed and then she spoke.
“I think you’re disgusting. You eat poorly. You don’t train regularly. Whatever you were before, you’ve let yourself go. You let your body get soft and flabby. I wouldn’t pick you as a client personally, but you were assigned. That’s most of this business. Working with people like you and taking your money. I think what you’ve done to yourself is terrible and it’s emblematic of our health problems in society.”
Ellie’s eyes widened after her own rant.
“Oh gosh, I’m so sorry, I’m not sure why I said that,” she said. “That’s so out of character.”
Chad smiled and assured Ellie he wasn’t offended. The insurance salesman spent the rest of his session checking to see just how deep suggestions might go with his fitness instructor, saying things “look it’s Elvis” and “your shoe is untied.”
The poor girl fell for each one, giving Chad more and more confidence in his initial appraisal of Ellie’s condition.
Finally as the session came to a close, Chad went for the question that would end up getting him kicked out of the gym or reassigned a new trainer.
“Ellie, you’re always honest with me, how’s your sex life these days?”
The blonde blushed, but answered the question.
“It hasn’t been regular lately as my last boyfriend and I split over his diet,” she said. “Plus, he was going to be over 6 percent body fat anyways, so it was never going to work.”
Ellie was blushing furiously. The blonde clearly was saying more than she ever intended.
Again Chad smiled and nodded.
“That’s good,” he said reassuringly. “Don’t forget though, you told me you were stopping by for lunch at my office at 12:30.”
Ellie’s face showed confusion before responding.
“I am? It’s not on my schedule. I’ve got a 8 AM session with Ms. Brackenhoff. Then my own workout at 10.”
“Well you must have forgot to write it down,” Chad said helpfully. “You were going to help me diet plan for the next week. Surely now you remember,”
Ellie smiled. That made a lot more sense than a lunch date with someone she barely wanted to talk to in the gym, let alone outside of it.
“Oh, definitely. That rings a bell. Let me get the address from you.”
Chad quickly gave her directions to his office, which was only a few spaces away in the same outdoor strip mall complex. The insurance salesman smiled, seemingly the 50th time that morning, as he watched Ellie walk away to a different part of the gym. His gaze drank in her toned legs and an ass that showed all the benefits to squats.
“Things are looking up,” he said aloud.
Does Ellie make it to the lunch meeting?
