Moving In

The two stood in the large elevator, Sam looked happily at the Receptionist, "What is your name?" she looked at him with a conflicted look

"L-Linda.... S-Spencer..."

Sam laughed to himself gently "You really are quite wilful, but I am afraid that you can't break free"

she was clearly struggling "H-how are you... doing this?" Sam lent against the railing on the elevator looking at her

"well, excusing all of the Backstory, I can Mind control people, though it is usually a lot easier if I work with your desires or more importantly your sins" she shivered as he stared into her eyes "...but, I can just take control, though it is a lot more difficult to hold people like this, which is why, likely much to your relief, is why I won't be able to hold you for much longer..." she looked at him calming a bit, Sam's hand balled into a fist "now, after I've had a word with the Owners, this place will be mine, how you act after this is up to you, but it will end in three ways: First you will go out and tell others of what I can do, in which case I will have my Bodyguard Kill you very painfully, Second you go back to your Husband, stay silent and live a very boring life or... Third, you and I can work together here, and I can give you whatever you wish for, within reason of course..."

The elevator dinged as it arrived at the top floor, Sam winked at Linda "think about it..." he stepped out of the elevator but peaked his head in just before he left "Oh and if you try and leave without choosing, my Servant will also kill you, See you soon!"

Sam walked happily, observing the Breathtaking room before him, the Giant entrance was even more decorated than the Lobby, it had exotic plants hanging from the walls, Large paintings and even several different waterfall fountains. Sam looked ahead and saw a tall and skinny man in a waistcoat and Blackshirt, a golden bow-tie and a pair of round glasses on his aged face, he had short grey hair and a friendly face, even so as Sam practically marched forward.

"Good day, Mister Morningstar, I suppose?" Sam stopped looking impatiently at the Old man

"Take me to one of the Owners."

he nodded a smile still on his face, "Very well sir please Follow me" Sam paused, rather shocked by the Old man's willingness to simply do as a random stranger who **** his way in says?

Sam watched as he punched in a code for the Double doors that led into, what Sam was guessing, was the main part of the Penthouse. he pushed open the doors opening one of the large doors for Sam, Sam cautiously walked through eyeing the Butler as he did "Something is off about him..." Sam thought as he passed into the main part of the Penthouse. he was taken aback by the amazing design of the place, though the inside was decorated with oak furniture, paintings and all that, most of it was open the outside, a massive balcony stretching around to each side of the Penthouse, "Must be Hell during the Winter..."

the Old man laughed "It can be closed if needed Sir"

Sam smiled "This place is massive!" the Butler gestured for Sam to follow. the two made their way up a winding staircase towards the Landing which opened into multiple large hallways, the Butler and Sam made their way across to a Brown door, on the door was a label which read "Sauna"

"Mr Logan is through here Sir, though he will not be happy to be disturbed", Sam pushed open the door without hesitation, walking into...

Sam covered his eye as the two men in front of him covered themselves "Oh for fuck sake man!" The two men covered themselves with towels, the one receiving ran out of the door as fast as he could, Sam uncovered his eyes as he took a breath "I definitely did not need to see that!"

"Who the Hell-Griggs who the fuck is this guy!"

Mr Griggs stepped forward "Mr Logan this is Mr Morningstar, he has come to ask about purchasing the property..." Sam turned to the Old man

"Wha-How do you?" Mr Griggs merely renewed his Smile.

"Listen you Asshole, I have no idea why you think you can just barge in during a man's private time, but I will have to call the police if you don't get off of my Property-"

Sam sighed, "I thought that the two owners were together?" Sam said to Griggs completely ignoring Mr Logan

"Hey I'm talking to you!"

Mr Griggs chuckled "Oh they are...." Sam looked over to Mr Logan with a Gleeful smile,

"Well then Mr Logan, I am afraid that I have come to take ownership, but I have no intention of paying for it." the Half-naked man looked distraught

"what, what is wrong with you!"

Sam Chuckled "You will give me this place, all of your Finances and leave here or I will tell your Wife about your little secret."

Mr Logan stood pushing his black hair back and marching towards Sam, "You little shit, How about I just crush your voice box so you can show anyone anything!" he approached quickly, Sam smiled readying for a fight.
