Make changes first

You decide that you want to change the whole world. You sit in your car, think for about ten minutes, and come up with the following list:

War: all war is abolished and international disputes are resolved by diplomacy and mediation.

****: all ****, tobacco, and **** are safe, non-addictive, and legal, and they produce no hangovers.

Sex: all sexual inhibitions are eliminated, and sex is a normal part of everyday life. Casual sex, even with strangers, is normal. You create a commonly growing weed that can be safely smoked or eaten by anyone, male or female, to prevent pregnancy. This should also take care of most of the extra population problems that having no war might cause. Oh, and women are just as horny as men are.

Ecology: all industries produce no pollution, yet still maintain the same economic viability.

Okay, so much for global changes. You think about your choices each in turn and then close your eyes and make it so. A slight tremor shakes the car and everything around it, as a misty wave shrouds everything in your field of vision for a few seconds and expands outward, vanishing in the distance.
