Back in time, out of clothes

Max was glad she kept her phone in her bag, as she took it out and saw she hadn't just blacked out, she traveled back in time! By her estimation, Mr. Jefferson's class was still in session. However, she had to wonder what happened to her clothes.

Meanwhile

"How about you, M-where did Max go?" Mr. Jefferson asked.

Everyone in the class turned to Max's desk, and were surprised to see it empty, well almost.

"Whoa, she vanished, but her clothes are still here!" Victoria announced.

Mr. Jefferson walked over and saw the piled of clothes on her chair and under her desk. Puzzled, he turned to the class.

"She was here, right? Did she just pull a Cris Angel?" he asked.

"If she did, she did it without any panties." Victoria joked, holding up the garment for everyone to see."

"That's enough. Victoria, make sure ALL of Max's belongings get back to her. As I was saying..."

RING RING

"sigh Okay, make sure you read the next chapter..." Mr. Jefferson said as the room emptied.

Victoria picked up Max's clothes and placed them in her bag. She was gonna have some fun...

Back to Max

Max heard the bell and knew what was about to happen. She went to her hiding place and waited for Nathan and the girl to show up. Meanwhile, she looked for a way to save the girl's life. That was much more important than getting dressed right now. She looked behind the custodian cart and saw the fire alarm switch. She waited for the opportune moment and triggered the alarm. Nathan was tripped up, and the girl was able to flee. Nathan cursed himself and ran away, hiding his gun.

Max had done it! She saved a life for real. And she was naked. Her celebration was cut short as she realized that she had to evacuate or be discovered by the security guards. She hoped she wouldn't be seen by anyone, but also didn't want security to see her either. Getting caught naked by security would be a one way trip expelled from Blackwell. No she had to avoid being seen. However, another question posed itself: could she really rewind time? If she could, she might be able to avoid being seen by going past anyone and rewind time.

Steeling herself, she tried to believe she could do it. Still, not wanting to be seen, she resolved to run to her dorm, and rewind time to just after she saved the girl's life. Max took a deep breath, and stepped out.
