Her place for now.

"I don't have anywhere to go," You admit.

Chloe opens the door for you, you barely even notice the gesture as you take the seat and she closes the door behind you. With your bag clutched in your lap, Chloe gets in the driver's side and a second later the engine purrs to life.

"We'll go to my place then, at least for tonight. If you want to go somewhere else, all you have to do is say so, alright?" Her hand comes to rest on your thigh, just above the knee.

You squirm just a little, and she quickly removes her hand, "Sorry, not trying to make you feel uncomfortable," she hastily adds.

The two of you ride in silence for a little while, after a few minutes you realize that she's not heading towards her apartment.

"Where are we heading?" You ask, becoming wary.

"Figured we would stop at the local Wal*Mart. Pick up a morning after pill. From what mom was saying, it sounded like it probably wouldn't work, but its worth a try. Besides, I thought you may like a change of clothes that fits," Chloe says as the store comes into view in the distance.

"I don't have much money," You reply, still a little shell shocked after everything that happened. Looking at the duffel clutched in your lap, thinking of the pair of twenties and the couple of smaller bills within your wallet.

"Its alright, I'll buy, and you can pay me back later," When you glance her way, you see just a faint smile at the corner of her lips.

Wondering about that smile, Chloe pulls in at the store.
