Naruko Nearly dies, John Awakens the Mangekyō Sharingan, and A Descent into Darkness Begins!

You awoke in a hospital bed the last thing you can remember was Naruko's lifeless body in your arms before it all went dark, you saw your wrists were bound to the Beds sides and you went about Manipulating your Chakra in growing spikes to get the nurses attention you'd pulled this stunt a few times before, when you blacked out for a unexplained reason, and each time you left once your bindings were loosed.
