Cursed Rotted Greatwood

Looking at the large tree you walked into the large courtyard, five or six undead walked in it and dispatching them was easy.

but as you looked for any loot you found that nothing was there, seeing that some more Undead were approaching you readied your sword... THUMP, THUMP !! Turning to look behind you, you saw the unthinkable, the tree... it stood up.

throwing its long and thin but colossal arms at you, you only just managed to dodge. you followed your first instinct: ATTACK! sprinting at the giant tree and slashing at its hip, you barely scratched it as the giant being spun around sending you flying backwards but keeping your footing, in the corner of your eye you spotted them, the giant blotches on the tree looked soft and **** soon of course your first instinct is to throw a fucking Firebomb at it.

the bomb made contact squarely, blowing a the large blotched area up into puss; the tree squirmed as if you had stabbed it in the gut, the large tree went off, slamming it's arms and legs on the ground in a fit of rage, pride flowed through you, you just managed to wound a 15 meter tree, but that feeling quickly drained away when the Trees tantrum began to crack the floor beneath you.

looking to the exit you ran to it, the floor beneath you barely holding on but just as you were about to reach the exit, the stone floor of the courtyard collapsed making both you and the Massive Tree fall into a dark pit bellow.

you plummeted with great speed, fear and adrenaline fuelling you expectancy to go Splat on the ground, but. your feet hit the ground as if you had leaped from the foot of a carriage feeling slightly off-balance but completely undamaged? looking over to the other side of Pit you could see that the Tree had taken quite a bit of damage from the fall.

taking the opportunity you spot one more big patch of blotches and begin to go for the money-shot, you were ready to end this ridiculous boss but the Tree had other ideas as a FUCKING GIANT WHITE HAND EMERGED FROM ITS STOMACH?! "for fuck sake!" you shouted in shock, the giant hand smashed down only just missing you, you tried to reach its weak spot but the Hand was too fast, it batting you away every time you tried to get close.

After many attempts you had an idea, you pulled out two fire bombs having one ready and one in hand, sprinting towards the Monstrosity you baited the giant hand into hitting you, it got ready to slam down on you time seeming to slow, in record time you set the bomb down bellow you, dodging to the right towards it weak spot, the hand hit the bomb blowing a couple of its fingers of and making the Tree make a horrible shrieking noise, pulling the other bomb from your belt you threw it at the blotches and in a combination of Fire and Glory they exploded with flesh, blood and pus.

the Tree made a wheezing sounds as it slowly fell to the ground "TIMBER!" ...You couldn't help it, the tree hit the ground dispersing in a massive cloud of ash.

tired and relived you took a minute to catch your breath, it then occurred to you "how am I going to get out of this pit?!" frantically looking around you spotted your salvation: a Bonfire on the other side of the room! running over to it you sat, sipping from your blessed Estus Flask, after the short break you considered going back to the Shrine to resupply, it sounded like the best option so you watched your estus refill (you were never gonna get used to that) and thought of the Shrine and your Keeper...
