Invite her to the pool

"Well, I don't see why you can't use the pool anyway. That is to say if you want to." you say thinking that it would be a very pleasant pastime to be looking at the girl in a bikini.

"Thank you, sir!" she says happily. "That would be very nice! Do you have a room where I could change?"

"Yes, there is a spare bedroom to the right here." you say as you direct her to the said place. "You won't be disturbed there."
