The secretary walks in!

Suddenly the door to Dr. Feldman's office opened. In walked his secretary Janet.

"Sorry to interrupt..." Janet started to speak. Then, seeing Lauren, she fell silent. She stared in amazement. There was that bitchy ice queen patient, standing naked except for a diaper! Lauren's small breasts wobbled slightly, her nipples making little waving circles. She stood with a dumbfounded look, staring at the secretary. Lauren was too shocked for a long moment to even cover.

Then, coming to her senses Lauren squealed. She threw her hands over herself, letting out a girly squeal as she cupped her body. Janet looked from the doctor to the nearly naked girl in confusion.

"Dr... Feldman?" She asked, utterly baffled.

"Yes Janet?" Dr. Feldman said, trying to keep from laughing.

"I... uh..." Janet couldn't complete a sentence. Still staring at Lauren she finally gave up and backed out of the room, closing the door.

"Oh my god!" Lauren squealed. "She saw me naked!"

"Well, not quite." Dr. Feldman pointed out. "You still have a diaper on."

"Oh god!" Lauren said, turning a brighter shade of red.

"Lauren, it's fine." Dr. Feldman tried to calm her. "Actually, this may prove to be therapeutic."
