Twilight Princess, right handed

You know right away this was a mod because it showed the different models of Link used instead of just his Soul Calibur 2 look. Looking through you pick out the one from your favorite Zelda title, Twilight Princess and select the right handed option. After clicking on the image, the screen goes black.

You blink and look around, seeing your not in Hyrule anymore. You think back to how all this happened. It has been 2 weeks since Ganondorf was defeated and Midna shattered the Mirror of Twilight, never for her to return. You were enjoying spending time with the children back in Ordon Village. Suddenly, a messenger from Princess Zelda came into the village on horseback, saying this was an emergency situation. A powerful wizard named Aghahim was terrorizing the countryside with an unseen form of black magic. Some of the knights that were recruited to replace their cowardly predecessors were unable to even land a scratch on him. Out of ten that were sent, only five of them came back seriously injured.

Knowing that this threat might eventually come for your village, you traveled back to the ruins of the Temple of Time and once again took the Master Sword up in arms. After returning and getting Epona ready to head out, the villagers wish you luck and, in Ilia's case, kissed your cheek and said be careful.

After three days you made it to the wizard's fortress. The wizard knew you were coming and attacked from the shadows with a dagger, but you quickly rolled to his side and move behind him. But upon striking him, it was like lighting was shooting through your body, knocking you back. The wizard cackled 'Fool! I am invincible!' He then floated up into the sky and launched a orb of black magic at you. You continued to dodge, but as the minutes went on, you started to become exhausted while the wizard showed no sign of tiring. You tried using the other weapons in your disposal, but all proved ineffective.

You decided it was time for a gamble, to see if he can be hit with his own magic. After he launched another orb, you swung, the Master Sword repelling the black magic back at the caster. The wizard howled in pain as he fell to the ground, the magic surrounding him also vanishing. Mustering all the strength you had left, you quickly ran before he could recover and drove the Master Sword through the wizard's heart. His breathing became shallow as his life essence started to flow out of him. But he grinned and said his last words.

"Long live Soul Edge..."

With that, his body turned to dust, falling to the ground, but inside the dust was a peculiar looking shard. It looked metal, but some of it also had flesh. As you picked it up, you felt malevolent power inside it. You then returned to Hyrule Castle posthaste to tell Princess Zelda the news and of this latest development.

After going over the old records, it appears the shard is of a weapon from another world. A soul devouring sword known as Soul Edge. If this shard could cause this much damage by itself, then the entire blade was a threat to Hyrule's tranquility. But the Sages warned that if you travel to where Soul Edge is now, there is no guarantee that you would be able to return even after the cursed blade is destroyed. You were given time to say your farewells and get your affairs in order before you leave for the Arbiter Grounds. After saying your tearful farewells to those in Ordona, you went to the Arbiter's Ground and saw that Zelda and the Sages were waiting you.

You nodded as they raised their arms to the sky, a beam of light shot out from the sky and surrounded you. After that you blanked out and then awoken in this strange world.

Your musings are cut off as you hear a female scream. You put on the cloak that was provided to you to conceal your head before heading to the source of the scream.
