It does but very slowly

You look over to the metal door and wait for it to open, as you try the handle and nothing seems to budge, as you look around confused for a moment.

"Oh its that door stuck? I swear this happens all the time, here I think I can help." The announcer says in a tone that makes you nervous, as to just how helpful this will be. Although your not waiting long before a loud siren begins to sound and large flash lights appear as the door slowly hisses and begins to slide at an obscenely slow rate.

You look around panicked slightly as with this much racket they're surely trying to let the Manotaur know exactly where you are so he can find you, and you look back at the door which has barley budged an inch and then look back at the way you came in from, wondering if you should wait it out or try and make a run back to where you came from and get as far away from the noise as possible?
