Convince her

"Well," you say, confidently. "While I wouldn't want to push you into anything you're not comfortable with, you're a very attractive woman. As I've spent time with you here and gotten to know you, you've become even more beautiful in my eyes."

She blushes furiously at this, yet maintains her position saying, "Well, maybe we could, but not now. We're still late for the meeting, and I'm still in shock from everything that just happened, we should go."

Well, it's a start you suppose, but maybe with the right motivation she could be convinced.
