Sneak in or go in guns blazing?

Go in magic blazing

Whatever made you do this, be it fear, or the fact you did not want to be seen as a failure by your new boss, you instantly regretted going in with your magic ready. For throwing caution to the wind you push the door open before letting one of your more creative toys, the exploding rubber ducks, fly into the room, finding it full of workers at desks and one rune knight, who at once puts up a magical barrier to protect himself and anyone he could.

Smoke and the smell of burning wood is all that you can feel as, finally, your magic energy stops after your all out attack. It seems, however, you missed everyone as outside you still hear a number of voices screaming in panic. More importantly, though, you find yourself in the room with the one shielding rune knight in front of a huge metal door in the far left of the room.

A hulk of a knight wielding a magical staff, he stops his shield as from behind you the two rune knights from the front of the outpost come running with long spears in their hands, trapping you in the room as the hulk-like knight now starts to bellow out.

"You there! If you put your hands up and lay on the ground we will not hurt you. However, should you refuse we will kill you, for you seem to show little care for the lives of others!"

Well, in truth you had no idea there would be that many people behind the door. Still, you could not help but feel bad for the sudden attack. But even so, you would not give up after all, as a new dark mage you could not afford to captured, as only **** awaited you. As such you ready yourself for another attack, Low on magic and against three well-trained foes perhaps this is where you die. But hell, at least you would go down fighting, as a dark mage should, and not regretting all of this.

Knowing that, you feel ready to fight to the end, only to suddenly hear a familiar voice fill the room, a creepy, British tone of voice, that makes all the rune knights and yourself look to see Mr.Dirt raising from your shadow behind you.

"Ah, here you are, toy-maker. I thought you'd be in a bit of trouble, after all, this is a rather cruel place for any mage including myself. Still, to come this far on your own I must say I can see true potential in you. And as such it would be a waste to let you die here, don't you agree?"

At this moment, you really did not care what your weird boss had to say, you were just glad to have some help with the situation you got yourself into. Still, even with two dark mages the rune knights show no signs of giving up, as the two rune knights charge at the two of you with their spears at the ready, and yet they do not get far, as with a grin on his face and a wave of his right hand Mr.Dirt's uses his shadow magic making the rune knights own shadows to grab them from behind and start to **** them.

"Ah, you gentlemen you should always watch your back." Mr Dirt wittily comments as within seconds the shadows **** their owners out before vanishing as the spear rune knights collapse on the ground with a soft thud. Now the hulk of a rune knight found himself against two dark mages a situation most rune knights would flee from, but not him, as with a stern look on his ageing face, he simply asks: "Just... who -are- you people?"

You're about to say your name before Mr.Dirt interrupts you, answering the rune knight that he faces the mages of the freedom guild before pointing to you telling the rune knight that you are the toy maker, a man of frightening power. He, however, does not introduce himself, making the rune knight, again, ask who he was.

"Me? Oh, you don't need to know my name. After all, your commanders will know who I am once you report back to them."

At that, with another wave of his right hand, the hulk of a rune knights shadow does the same thing his fellow rune knights shadows did, **** him out before the pair of you before vanishing as the rune knight drops to the ground with a significantly louder thud.

What a sight, you've just seen three men's shadows be the downfall of them, and yet it does not faze your guild master at all, who is now looking at you with a cheerful smile telling you to blow up that silly metal door in your way, so you both can proceed with the mission.

"Yeah, sure." You manage to say feeling somewhat useless in that last fight as your master seems to do all the fighting. Yet, you do as he says blowing up the metal door with one of your explosive rubber ducks, before following him through the door and down a flight of stairs to an underground prison. You always heard rumours about the magic council using such place, but seeing one for yourself makes you see that the council treats it's prisoners just as a bad, if not worse, than bandits.

The cells are small enough to just fit a bed in. They do not have windows to let light through, you make a toy flashlight, allowing you to lead your master along the row of four cells until you come to your goal. Cell 221. Inside, with your light on, you see your target Sorano sitting on the cold floor of the cell, with her back to the cell door.

She is a woman of relatively small stature with pale skin, brown eyes and short silver hair, with bangs covering her forehead. She wears a short dress made up of white feathers with two feathery wings that hang from her back. The dress splits just above her navel and reveals much of her cleavage, more resembling a vest than anything else. She also wears long, dark blue gloves, that cover her arms past her elbows and knee-length, dark blue stockings, with light blue and feathered boots.

"Oh, is it time to feed the angel once again? I suppose I have ****, but to accept it from you monsters. Otherwise, how will I ever one day spread my wings and become an angel, like I'm meant to be."

These are the only words you hear from her until she turns around to see that you are not the rune knight, making her at once stand up and come over to the cell door with a wondering look in her eyes as she looks at you before taking a good long stare at your master.

"I see you two are not the monsters that feed me but are the ones I have heard about. Come to whisk me away to your own hell have you, well don't bother!"

At that, she raises both her arms allowing you to see her wrists are bound by handcuffs before she starts slamming on the bars of the cell and starts to shout for the rune knights. Sadly you and Mr Dirt stare at each other, knowing her rune knights would not be coming as such your boss offers you the chance to finish what you started.

"Remember she'll need to be bound, and perhaps gagged, if she keeps wailing like this. So perhaps you can magic up something to do that after that I can take us home. Oh as for the cuffs leave them on as they're magical cuffs, cursed by black magic to absorb magic so best leave them on until we get her back to base."

You guess you could do that, after all, you are quite creative with your magic, but what to use? Your first idea is to use some yo-yos to tie her up and then maybe shove a toy ball in her mouth to keep her quiet. You could also use some toy snakes to bind her up before putting some chattering teeth in her mouth, only you would keep them open so she could not keep wailing on.
