A weird looking one

You run down the path past Blue with his catcalls and crowd of evees into the professor's house finding him working "Oh hello red I didn't see you there. Did you want something?" You look at him confused and nod "Ah yes, you are here for your pokemon aren't you? Well I am sure I have a good one around here somewhere..." he wanders off and you wait... and wait... and wait.

After a few hours you go into the back and find the professor asleep though he is near some pokeballs so you take one that is active, type your trainer id into it... take a few handfuls more of empties because fuck the professor for forgetting. You also snag a pokedex.

Blue approaches you as you walk out of the lab hiding your ill-gotten gains. "Hey sexy, so are you offically a trainer now?" He leers at you looking you up and down his eyes lingering too long on your bare midriff and short shorts. "The Professor fell asleep before giving me my pokemon." That isn't a lie and it is checkable "Go look." you jerk your thumb toward the lab and wander off. you get home and release your pokemon, it seems to be... a pikachu... but why is it so ugly? You turn around to fiddle with the pokedex and when you turn back you see... an equally ugly squritle. how the... "Ditto, the mimic pokemon. Ditto can shapeshift into any pokemon it has seen." the pokedex chimes in... this is going to be pretty cool!
