A secretary who knows she has AGS

When Mary got diagnosed with AGS, the doctor told her that she should inform her employer. So, the next day at work, she went to her boss to talk to him about it.

"Hi Tom," she said, "I was just diagnosed with Absolute Gullibility Syndrome. Does the company have any accommodations to help me keep doing my job while dealing with this disease?"

"Of course we do," Tom said, "Just give me a moment to find the policy... here it is. It looks like there are quite a few things here. I'm glad you came to me with this quickly so that we can get this in the system."

It was strange; as far as Mary could see, Tom appeared to be holding nothing at all. But he said that was the AGS policy, so he must see something there. So, she just said "Thank you, sir. What kinds of accommodations are there?"
