Desiree: "Okay where do we begin?"

Penelope: "We need to remove his friends from play."

"My first wish is that the Idea of the Specter Deflecter never came to the mind of either Plasmius or the Fentons and that anything that could stop Desiree's wish magic would ever occur to them."

"The second wish is that Danny's friends changed during the end of his Freshman year. They became distracted with their personal lives. Thus their ability to contribute to Phantom's battles waned making him less reliant on them. Additionally they all have a mental blindspot towards any schemes coming from ghosts even if it's painfully obvious."

"And my final wish is that these changes are done with a minimal effect to the timeline."

Kitty: "That's so smart Penelope."

Penelope: " If we want this to stick we need to make sure that oldman Clockwork dosen't notice any big changes."

Desiree nodded at the detail, intelligence, and cruelty in Penelope's wish. She then snapped her finger and reality came apart at the seams. Her magic shifted history and it was then remade anew.

Desiree: "And now for Danny's little penis. Normally I would suggest using a wish, but I suggest more subtly for this part."

Penelope: "I hope you mean that literally! The anguish that he would feel would be so delicious."

Desiree: "Don't worry Penelope I meant what I said. Tonight Kitty and I will hold Danny down you'll have the honor of stripping him of his manhood.
