What is it?
A sword.
From the same bandit of whom you looted the armor you now wear, you also found a nice steel sword. Since you can now have weapons equipped, you saved this one to wield yourself. However it still doesn't fit your hand right; You doubt you'd actually be able to use it.
You put it on the workbench and the menu pops up.

Reforge?
So apparently you have to reforge weapons as well... But it doesn't cost any material. Excellent. You reforge the sword and pick it back up, weighing it in your hand and giving it a few swings. Much better. It deals less damage than your unarmed attack, but you're not sure if it replaces your melee attack or simply adds its damage to it, so it may or may not be useful to you. In any case, it at least gives you longer range and can be useful against armed opponents.
You turn towards Ilimia again. "There. I believe we're done here."
"So what happens now?" she asks somewhat insecurely and with little enthusiasm. Yup, still doesn't seem too pleased about you basically forcing her into slavery.
What indeed?
You come into being as a low-level monster, the kind heroes chew through like popcorn. You know the drill, whether you're a player yourself or an artificial intelligence, and you're sick of it. You set out on your own quest: to defeat the heroes at any cost (or at least be an epic boss somewhere down the line).
