How does Jack change Kate first?

John pointed the remote at Kate and used the Body Mod function. He first expanded her butt. As reality changed, Kate's jeans expanded as her butt did. John added three inches to Kate's butt. Then he removed an inch from her waist. Next he hit the DD setting, and Kate's breasts swelled. Her body was now a 38-26-38 hourglass. He reduced her body fat, so she was nice and firm and well toned.

Next John added some thickness to her hair and changed the color to red.

John walked around the frozen Kate. He felt her backside. It was nice and firm. "Fucking beautiful!" he said. He ran his fingers through her hair. It was thick and soft. Walking back to the couch, he sat down and wondered what else to do. Kate's clothes changed to fit the new reality of her body, so would Kate also change mentally? Would having a rock hard, hourglass figure have changed the way she was in life?
