She Smells Something Funny In Her room *POV Change*

Connie couldn't understand why she didn't just call the maintenance man.

She'd first noticed the smell three days ago when she came home from practice. She'd been just totally pooped after that last practice, and went right to bed. Besides, she'd just got a chance to talk to Bobby, and OMG she'd been trying to talk to him forever. She'd picked up a weird smell of course, but she just didn't have the time or energy or desire to deal with it then.

The next day, she'd noticed the smell in the morning when she woke up. It smelled like rotten eggs or something. It was totally gross. She'd spent a few minutes trying to find where the smell was coming from, but no dice. For a few minutes she considered maybe trying to call the apartment's maintenance person, but she had class and practice, and Tasha was throwing a party later, so she didn't spare it too much thought.

The following morning she'd returned home from the party with Alice, and Alice had said something about the funny smell too, but Connie had just be so totally wasted. Jake seemed to think it was a gas leak, but Connie had been making a conscious effort to ignore him ever since he broke up with Michele. In reflection though, the idea might actually be true.

While she was considering this and getting ready for class in the morning, Connie suddenly started feeling funny. Like there was just this giant giant cloud hanging over her head. She sat on the bed and groaned. What was happening to her?
