It goes so well, you agree to a date

The two of you talk for hours, the conversation moving from books to movies and then to whatever you two feel like talking about. Sitting with Jack, you begin to feel less afraid and more excited for the future. And you feel safe next to him, almost as safe as you felt at home.

You two go to dinner together, bringing your two tables together even though you only really talk to each other. And, when you have to go back to your rooms for the night, you can't help but feel a little disappointed. You don't want this to end.

Jack smiles at you though. "Maybe we can meet up again tomorrow? I can see about getting permission to go out to the city for a date?"

You nod eagerly. "Maybe we can go see a movie and then grab lunch or dinner?" you suggest.

He nods. "Sounds like a plan. Sleep tight Damien. I'll see you in the morning."
