The ransom

Emma answers her phone. "Quiet, it's Leo. Yes... Shit!...Maybe...Ok, diner in twenty."

Emma hangs up. "Leo and Katy found a ransom note written in blood on the wall. The vamps want Jack in exchange for Tina."

Toby glares at you.

Emma interjects. "Don't even think about Toby. We don't give up one of our own."

"He's not one of us,"

"He just staked a vamp. He's one of us, besides its a trap. Let's get to the diner."

You get to the diner inside of twenty minutes. You all order coffee. The place is deserted.

Toby sips coffee. "Worst food in the city, but there's never anyone here."

You sip the coffe. It is fowl. It tastes like it's been cooking for hours.

Katy and Leo come in and sit.

Katy speaks. "We need to make a decision they want him at sundown. At the old theatre."

Emma answers. "Well we're not giving up one of our own. It has to be a trap anyway."

"Agreed."

Leo comments. "We could storm the place."
