With those incessant Pure Ones in possession of their Stone, you are in grave danger. Should they use the stone on you properly, only two outcomes are possible: you will be incinerated in a holy supernova, or the stone will remove Lilith's gifts, reverting you to your lowly mortal self. As such, despite Thalinya's holy might, these three mortal girls are your most prominent threat. Thalinya, while a Seraph of power second only to her leader when he was in his prime years, failed to predict your fall's consequences. Because of her blind love and trust for you, you can command her to do anything.

Thalinya, for her part, appears to be, with monumental effort, pulling herself across the chamber's stone floor toward you. She even has a half-conjured ball of holy flame in her palm. You will be having none of that.

"THALINYA! I commanded you to STOP!" you roar, your voice spiced with demonic influence.

As before, Thalinya freezes, doubled over in pain, as the righteous fire dissipates into the air.

Turning to the fleeing humans, you realize they are almost to the portal at the far end of the antechamber. The Purestone will protect the Pure One candidates from your power, but you know that you have a loophole. Ah, how devious you can be.

"Thalinya! Immobilize them!"

As you expected, the obedient bitch's wings flare into being and she launches into the air, a look of utter pain and betrayal stamped on her features. Raising her hands, she unwittingly blasts a wave of holy light from her fingers into the Purestone. Reacting to the influx of energy, the Stone flares with a blinding holy aura, a direct antithesis to Lilith's veil. The Candidates recoil, blinded. Thalinya follows up with another pulse, sending the three girls crashing to the ground and the Purestone sliding between you and the Seraph.
