She loves it but the interview sucked

"Hey Dani," Linda calls out as she opens the door.

Dani pushes the suddenly returning thoughts about Chad to the back of her mind and says, "Hi miss Conti. I'm glad you're back."

Linda looks surprised that Dani's using her last name until she turns and sees how she's dressed. Linda pushes the door shut and locks it, then walks over to Dani with a new spring in her step. "I'm glad to be back miss Crane."

"Oh, you don't have to call me that - just Danielle, please. Since you're letting me stay at your place I decided to make dinner."

"Mmm, yes, I can smell that," says Linda. She drops her purse and wraps her arms around Dani, getting into her role. "How were things at school?"

"Oh, some of the boys teased me about my belly. I've really got to lose some of this weight I've been putting on. No matter what I do I keep getting bigger."

Linda gives her a kiss on the cheek and says, "And we know a good girl like you hasn't been sleeping with boys, right?"

"Oh no, miss Conti. I'd get in so much trouble!"

"Yes you would," says Linda, her fingers rubbing Dani's stomach through her sweater. "Well at least it's quite firm. I hear that's better than soft fat."

Dani feels a flush of warmth between her thighs. "Yes, that's what my Mom said before she sent me to stay with you for the year. I still don't know why I should study abroad now. Wouldn't it make more sense to do it my last year of high school?"

Linda giggles and says, "Yes, your mother made a pretty odd choice, but that's alright. I love having you here. I'm sure I'll get to introduce you to all kinds of new things over the year."

"Yeah, that's nearly the same thing my Mom said. Then she told me you were really good friends in college."

"Oh yes, we were the best kind of friends there are. And you look just like her." Then Linda gives Dani a long kiss on the lips and says, "Dani, I really love what you've cooked up, but let's eat first. Cause if this keeps going I am going to lick you out so hard you won't even hear the fire alarm from the food burning in the oven."

"Mmmm, you like me roleplaying clueless schoolgirls?"

"Schoolgirls who don't know they're up the spout? Dani, I had no idea I would like it, but God yes. What possessed you?"

Dani just smiles and says, "Okay. I'll serve it up then," and prances to the kitchen, making sure to swish her short skirt as she moves. She puts on the oven mitts, looks over her shoulder to make sure Linda's watching and then bends at the waist to retrieve the meatloaf.

"You are a nasty girl, teasing like this." Linda sighs and sinks into her chair. "It's a shame I'm not bringing back good news. The interview went okay, but then they said 'we've filled all the positions we have right now. So we can put you on a waiting list and next time there's an opening...'. Fuckers! I wasted most of my day and worked my ass off and they didn't even tell me that when I walked in?"

"At least people are replying to your resumes." Dani replies, serving the potatoes and slices of meatloaf.

"Yeah, I don't get why you aren't getting calls. I mean we both submit to the same places. Heh, I suppose you could wear that and deliver a resume in person."

"Dressed like this anyone can tell I'm pregnant. Please hire me, I'll be gone in a few months."

"Yeah, I know. With how far along we are what we need is some unicorn of a company that actually wants pregnant girls." Linda sighs. "Sorry for ruining the mood. And thanks for the meatloaf, it's absolutely wonderful."

"Thanks."

"And after dinner I'm going to thank you for coming up with" -she gestures at Dani with her fork- "this. I don't know where you got the idea but I love it and I'm going to seduce your innocent little high school butt till mommy doesn't recognize you."

"Promises, promises," Dani replies.

"I'm serious. I got wet the moment I saw you. If you ever want me 'in the mood' you just put that on and cuddle up to me."
