Go to the Station On Foot

"Okay!" I say to myself. I set off on the 3 mile journey on foot. My leg is okay, I limp from time to time but it doesn't affect my pace.

15 minutes later I see the first hope of survivors. There's a girl in the distance. She doesn't notice me but I start to pick up my pace and walk towards her. No way... I know the girl from my school before all the diaster and drama started!

"Abbie!" I shout, trying to get her attention. I see her look over with her beautiful blue eyes. She has been one of my crush ever since I laid my eyes on her beautiful body. To me she was perfect. She stares at me for a while, trying to figure out what and who called her. She recognizes me almost instantly and starts running towards me. "Alex!" she cries.
