Look out the window

You know there's nothing to see outside, except for the brick wall and the narrow alley between the two buildings, but even so you walk up to look out the window.

The framework screeches as you manage to pry the small window open, as it's likely not been opened for years, and you notice some scraps of paint falling off to the ground below.

An old fire escape has been conveniently placed just next to the window, sharing a small ledge with the neighboring room, and down at the bottom you can see an old lorry parked just next to the wall. The scent of roses fill your nostrils as you lean even further out, and you find the source of it as you see there's several buckets of water and flowery bouquets lining the open back of the truck.

Just as you stand there you notice the owner of the old vehicle come walking around the corner of the other building, heading straight for the truck and jumping inside. From your current position you can't even see the face of the person, as they're wearing a wide hat of straw on their head, and it seems like they neither see or hear you when you try and call for their attention.
