"I suffer from 'anal obsession'?"

I respond, trying to act surprised.

"Yes." Millie replies. She thinks for a while, then says:

"Have you heard of the 'anal obsession' condition before?"

"Not really." I respond.

"Basically, it means that if you see a woman's asshole, you feel very strong urges to penetrate it, so strong in fact that you cannot control them." Millie explains.

"I see." I respond.

"Well, the diagnosis is not finished yet, but Patti is waiting in her office to do a few more tests to confirm her preliminary findings, so we will go there after dinner." Millie says.

"Is here office not closed?" I ask.

"She is keeping it open just to do the diagnoses on you." Millie responds.

"That is very nice of her." I reply.
