I say.

"Show you what?" Millie asks, sitting back up straight.

"Show me how you figured out that problem." I reply, thinking I have safely recovered from an embarrassing situation.

"So many things I can 'show you' and you want me to 'show you' that?" Millie says, smiling and shaking her head, then without waiting for me to reply she starts going through the solution to the assignment.

This takes a few minutes, and when she finishes she looks at her watch and says:

"Well, I don't need to be home for another hour or so."

Then she gives me a mysterious look and asks:

"Anything else you would like me to show you?"
