Chapter 8 by Jizzrar Jizzrar

Kill or Keep?

Keep

No killing, he was too valuable of a potential asset to your Master's forces. This was plain as day. You'd take any brownie points you could get over Pipsqueek He-Cunt any day of the week and show him and your Master how clever you really were. Just because you were a brute of a warrior, doesn't mean you don't have brains.

Twisting your sword to the right angle, you brought it down across the Dwarf's face. The flat of the blade clanged against the steel-clad warrior's helmet and forced him to the ground in a daze. Not wasting any time, you dropped your sword and straddled the half-man's prone body and got to work.

You pried off his helmet and went to wailing on him. Like an animal possessed by intense fury, your clenched your leather gloved hands (knuckles having metal studs garnishing them), you began pummeling in his face with all your might. Knowing that Dwarf's were men of the mountains and could take a heavy beating, you were confident that even at your top strength and beating on him for hours, the most he would get would be a few cuts, some broken teeth, and a broken nose.

Which is exactly what you gave him. 1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2, 3, 4...right, left, right...slam, slam, slam, slam...you even finished it off by curling your fists together into a single blow right onto the Dwarf's forehead, forcing the unfortunate warrior to bounce his skull off of the ground with the impact and be completely knocked out.

After that savage beat down, the Dwarf was incapacitated. What you didn't realize was that the initial wave of Goblins you helped extended was now wearing thin. The Elf bard had emboldened her remaining allies while putting some anxieties in your subordinates.

The human wasn't faring too well, but he was doing more damage to the Goblins than they were him, resulting in him only getting a gash in his left thigh. Meanwhile the half-breed was holding her own just fine, giving the tiled floors a new crimson paint job with ease.

You slowly rise up from your fallen foe...your instinct guiding you to prepare for your next move...

What is the Next Course of Attack?
